« Sehr schöner Platz. Große Stellplätze. Kleines nettes Restaurant. Etwas abseits gelegen. Wir haben dort eine Nacht auf unserem Weg nach Hause mit unserem Wohnmobil gestanden. Sanitäranlagen sehr gut. Für Geocacher gibt es hunderte Caches in direkter Nähe. »

« The campsite itself is wonderful, good facilities, great staff. I was a little disappointed by the road noise, but the biggest issue was some very loud and unpleasant young people who were occupying the beach and the benches just outside the campsite until very late. They also paraded through the campsite and tried to get money off one old guy. Really the campsite staff should have called the police. This was as bad as I’ve seen in Europe in years of camping. I regret not reporting it at the time. The guy who was the ring leader had tattoos on his arms and was constantly shouting, clearly mentally unstable. He entered the site via the beach entrance at about 4pm on the 29th of May if the CCTV is working. I think he was deliberately pushing for a reaction. »

Hello, Thank you for your feedback; we’re delighted that you enjoyed the quality of our campsite and our staff. However, we’re truly sorry that you were disturbed by people on the beach. As this is a public beach, we cannot intervene directly, but the police did attend at around 10 pm at our request regarding a disturbance. However, we did see these people on the campsite and asked them to leave the premises immediately. This is why we ask our guests to wear the wristband, so that we can quickly identify anyone who is not a guest of our establishment. Kind regards

« We have stayed in lots of Yelloh sites and this one was lovely. The site was beautifully presented with lots of shrubs and trees. We stayed in one of the new 3 bed cabins, which was fabulous! The site was small and quiet, and felt safe. The swimming pool area was perfect and easy to watch your children playing on the slides. The restuarant had lovely food, we hired bikes and enjoyed the delicious crossiants and bread from the shop. The site is located on safe cycle paths which take you to the lake. We cycled into the resort and my husband cycled the entire lack in a few hours. The only downside (and it wasn't a big issue) was the proximity to the road. At times it was a little noisy. And if you like fighter jets, they fly above your heads during the day....it was an great sight!! »

« The pool was great, but we found the toilets and showers very odd and hard to navigate. There was no hand washing facilities in the ladies toilets. And no soap dispensers in the individual washrooms. »

« Swimming pool, bar, restaurant areas lovely, toilets ok although lack of soap by the toilets, strangely in the showers is odd, however camping pitches are poor, not well looked after, ours was muddy, had considerable dip in it, a lot of weeds and pretty much no grass. Also rubbish from building works left scattered around the site we had an empty cable drum left by our pitch. We expected a much higher standard from Yelloh Village. »

« The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The site was really well maintained and nice. The reception staff were great. The only improvement would be the kids club staff, they were nice but I think they needed either more training or more resources, for example one day we walked into reception and there was nobody there except someone from the animation team and she ignored us. When we said hello, she said hello back and then continued with her work without helping us or telling us who to speak to. The mini club activities could have been better. »
